Today, ICAP, El Colef - El Colegio de la Frontera Norte and CELIEM present the Central American Notebook "DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND INNOVATION OF MSMEs in LATIN AMERICA" The contributions presented in this edition faithfully reflect the spirit of the three guiding axes that supported the Second Congress. Thus, it is possible to delve in a friendly way into what the team of experts gathered for the occasion discussed in terms of digital innovation, public policies for MSMEs, green economy, governance of territories based on the strengthening of MSMEs and the democratization of wealth based on their strengthening, among others. Therein lies the true wealth of this edition.

Yesterday, ICAP , El Colef - El Colegio de la Frontera Norte and CELIEM published the Central American Notebook "REACTIVATION OF MSMES IN THE CONTEXT OF COVID-19" which collects contributions from the panels presented by: Rebeca Grynspan, Ileana Rogel, Ignacio Méndez, Gerson Martínez, Jaime Pintos Santiago, Elard Gonzalo Ortega and Sylvie Durán Salvatierra in September 2020.
